When burning the first time, allow the candle to burn for at least two hours to create the melting pool and avoid tunneling.
Burn Time

Do not burn candles for longer than 4 hours at a time. Burning candles too long can create an unstable wick and large flame.

Cut down your wicks to 1/4" length before you relight your candle to keep the wax clean and burning nicely.
